Payments
The currency in my shop is PLN - Polish Zloty.
PayPal and Stripe will automatically convert it to your local currency at checkout.
Estimated exchange rates on each listing under add to cart button.
Payments are handled and secured by Stripe and PayPal.
PayPal Buy Now Pay Later is available for selected countries.
If you wish to pay using a bank transfer please contact me.
Shipping Policy
Shipping to the USA, and Canada with FedEx ( delivery in 2-5 days, trackable).
Shipping to the USA, and Canada with registered mail ( delivery in 2-4 weeks, tracking does not always work).
Shipping to EU with registered mail ( delivery in 4-10 days, trackable).
To all other countries, I'm sending packages in registered mail or with GLS, shipping time can take up to 3 weeks.
Prices don't include taxes outside the EU, the buyer it's responsible to pay customs duties and taxes if needed.
Orders below 135 GBP to the United Kingdom will be canceled.

If there is a problem with delivery and the package is lost I will report the problem to the carrier within 30 days of sending the package and full refund after 60 days from sending the package if there is no information about it.
Return Policy
All standard pedals are returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use.
Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
No refunds after posting the order - I will accept any refunds only when the pedal will arrive back to me.
Any listed prototypes or limited edition pedals are not returnable.
Pedals built to custom order are not returnable.
Orders placed during giveaways, special offers, and orders placed with discount codes can't be canceled.
Warranty
Lifetime limited warranty for the operation of the devices I built, if it will stop working - I will repair it for free.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to me and back to him after service.
All my pedals are well built, tested, and include circuit protection elements, so any problems are extremely rare.
Warranty doesn't apply:
- to normal wear of the enclosures, mechanical parts, knobs,
- if the device was intentionally damaged, mechanically damaged, or modified.
- wrong power supply was used, all my pedals use a 9V DC BOSS style adapter - center negative.
If the warranty does not apply because of the following, I will calculate repair costs individually.
All my pedals are well built, tested, and include circuit protection elements, so any problems are extremely rare.
