Controls:
Vol - output loudness
Doom - fuzz intensity
Tone - a balance between dark and bright sound
Mids - mid-range response, from heavy scooped sound to boosted mids

3-way switches to change the clipping method in two stages. Both switches allow you to choose between silicon diodes clipping, bypass (transistor clipping), and mosfet clipping.
That gives 9 different clipping configurations of massive fuzz tones.
